FINDING YOUR VOICE AND CONFIDENCE

Let me start by saying: Your Destiny is Greatness.

The day comes when every person must leave the security of the nest and pursue their destiny. However, there are people who never came out of their nests because they lacked courage. They lacked confidence. When their future was presented to them, they lacked that intestinal fortitude to embrace it and step into the totality of their destiny. They chose mediocrity. They chose a low life. They chose obscurity. They chose smallness. They chose survival mentality. They chose small goals and weak ambitions. They chose to be a tenant in the terrain of their own destiny!

There is a voice in you.

There is a greatness that wants to break forth in you. There is a destiny waiting for expression. That voice is within you. Let me say this: Your future is not a date on the calendar; your future is a voice inside you. Your future will come from deep beneath your surface and locating your own core of potential.

But our tendency is to look outside to find our voice and confidence. We look to a job, a career, a marriage or a breakthrough to find that voice. You may even believe a relationship will bring you a sense of fulfilment and purpose in your life. But you will soon realize that humans cannot solve loneliness problem. Your voice is not locked up in a relationship or marriage. In fact, a relationship can trap your future just as your past can be an ambush for your greatness.

When God called Moses to step into his future, he staggered! His Past staggered him. His temper staggered him. His experiences staggered him. When he remembered his long list of failures and secret fears, He hesitated. But God was not interested in his failure or past, He simply ask: What is in your hand? Let’s start with what you have. An award winning future starting with finding your voice in the midst of deafening and lousy world.

Your voice is not locked up in what has happened or has not happened to you. It is not locked in your past. It is not locked up in a job or anything. It’s within you! Nothing outside you will give you a future. Your future is already in you. God had planted in you raw materials needed to shape your future.

There is more to your life than what meets the eyes. There is more to your life than your current circumstances. If only you will gain confidence to step out. Because greatness is not for comfort seekers. Greatness is for the daring, the courageous, the rugged and dogged and those who are willing to endure some pain, discomfort, inconvenience and delay gratification and go all the way for destiny.

Don’t let anything hinder your metamorphosis.

We all hear a voice that can have an impact on our future decisions. Voices that tell you you are not good, competent or qualified enough. Voices that remind you of your past so that you can continue to live in shame and fear. Voices that paralyse your ideas and strength. Voices that cripple your will and emotions. Silence those voices. Receive strength to overcome echoes of failure and regret.

Get ready for the Ultimate expression of you. Tell those around you: I am coming soon! Because there is more to your life than what they can see now. Very soon, caterpillar will turn to butter-flies and your voice will be heard from the mount of Arab to the coast of West Indies.
